Whenever it comes to make Maggi noodles, everybody starts dreaming that they’re going to cease their appetite just after 2 minutes. But, does maggi noodles really take just 2 minutes? You need to cut green chilli, slice onions, and at least fry vegetables or eggs which I bet nobody can finish within two minutes.

And so are most other 2 minute cooking recipes. It’s possible only in our dreams or on TikTok videos. And, in our real life, we can only fry a pair of eggs in just two minutes. Anyway, no more dreams, no more TikToks, today I’m going to disclose my original 2 minute cooking recipe which will take just 120 seconds.

It looks a little like Indian Shahi Paratha, but actually it’s not any paratha. Its taste is also very different from flatbread. I’m yet to give it any name. However, let’s see the recipe.

Cooking appliances you’ll need

Cast iron skillet

Electric blender

Stainless Steel Wide Grill/Fry Tong

Ingredients

2 eggs

3 tablespoon sugar

5mg salt

Wheat flour (2.2 oz.)

Drinking water (50ml) and

Cooking oil

No extra prep time required. You’ll need just 120 seconds in total. So, let’s get started.

Step 1. Put your cast iron skillet on the gas stove and fire it on. (not more than 3 seconds is needed)

Step 2. Crack eggs and all other ingredients in your blender and then blend for 17 seconds. Your skillet is getting preheated.

Step 3. Pour your favorite cooking oil (only 10ml) into the skillet. ( maximum 5 seconds needed and then wait for more 5 seconds)

Step 4. Now pour the mixture (which you prepared using the blender) on the oil. Don’t forget to reduce the heat of your stove to medium. (it may take 10 seconds)

Step 5. Now start counting 1, 2, 3…. Count until 40. I mean, wait for 40 seconds and then flip the bread.

Step 6. Repeat your counting again and then switch off your stove when you finish counting 120 in total. (3+17+5+5+10+40+40 = 120)

I’ve served it to nearly 100 of my friends and family members. Most of them like it and only a few of them are afraid to deplete it. You also should avoid it if you fail to tame your blood sugar level.

Impressed with my 2 minute cooking recipe? The following recipes aro also delicious enough to make you try tomorrow.
