“to pursue my dream of freelancing and travelling full time” — this small part of your gold chain reflects my dream. It was always my dream to travel the world & traditional job doesn’t allow it. So, I decided to be a writer. But, the beginning was completely frustrating for me. I created my profiles on UpWork and Freelancer, but whenever I tried to apply, a notice popped up before me showing that only natives are encouraged to bid…..

I even couldn’t apply for the writing jobs. Then I started learning “how to manage writing clients without UpWork”. and then I come to know about blogging. So, I’ve created my blog but suddenly noticed that no body knows about my blog.

It makes me find out a way to gain some visibility for my blog and I come to know about Medium. I started writing on Medium, I also started sharing my blog posts here.

At first I didn’t get any view. But one day I received a mail from Medium that I have been featured as a Top Writer on Cooking and I noticed that my views are increasing day by day. I also started getting claps. But, at the end no clients and no money.

Stripe doesn’t let us create any account. So, I can’t apply for Medium partner program. The only option for me is to get a client and today it seems to me that I’ll get a client very soon. You’ve pointed a very good way today.

I also use reddit to share my blog, but today I come to know that there are a few subreddit created for the writers. I’ll follow you to the fullest. I’ll start applying on reddit. Many many thanks and Regards!
