First attempt on wings on the stone with vortex
After my beer can chicken on blackstone griddle, I’ve cooked something even more appetizing. I’ve used a vortex to get the above pictured bowl full of chicken wings. Here’s the complete journey -
First attempt on wings on the stone. Came out AMAZING. I’ve smoke wings on my Weber with a slow n sear and vortex so many times and these came out better. Don’t forget to grab the best size vortex.
Wings are from Costco. Dried them with paper towel and left them on a wire rack in the fridge over night seasoned with salt, garlic salt, and Gates spicy bbq rub from Kansas City. Before putting them on the Stone I coated them by hand with a mixture of corn starch and baking powder. Sauces I used were from DUBS. 10/10!
