Are you crazy about cooking? Do you dream of preparing your dishes like the world famous chefs? I wish all your dreams come true & also I’ve something to show you.

I’ve learnt some hacks the hard way in the kitchen — these are some of the secrets I’m learning over the last 19 years of grilling, smoking and cooking with my grandma (she’s no more), that will make your cooking easier, make dishes taste better and help you get results with less effort.

As you know, it’s a marathon type journey to take your food preparation skill to the next level. You’ve to know everything, yap, everything from holding a kitchen knife to measuring rubs or spices for your recipes.

So, instead of representing everything in a single page, I’ve designed and arranged them in several parts. Today, you’ll get the first part.

In this part, I’ll be talking about reheating leftovers, easy ways of cooking brisket, cleaning cast iron skillets and knife sharpening hacks. Let’s Get It Started.

Reheating Leftovers

I’m going to show you this thing at the very beginning because it’s a bit easier to reheat than complete cooking. You can easily reheat any leftover foods in an oven, or simply you can use a fry pan to reheat most of the stale foods. The process is almost the same. Chicken is my favorite item. So, I’ve represented the art of reheating with it and here’s what I know about it -

Cooking Brisket

Brisket is one of the most favorite meat cuts all over the world. But, it’s not as easy as cooking meat curry. You’ve to know how to trim it, how to rub it and even how to place it in the oven or smoker and I’ve discussed everything here -

Cleaning cast iron skillet

As I know, the beginning should be the most easiest part. Maybe you’ve also noticed that cleaning your teeth is easier than cleaning your nails. Anyway, skillets are the most used utensil in the kitchen and hopefully it’s very easy to clean. Just try to do it following the steps suggested here -

Knife sharpening tricks

No need to try this today. It may lead you to injure your fingers. Just bookmark it now, so that you can read it whenever you’ll need to sharpen your kitchen knives.

Plus, if you have some tips of your own that you want to share, head over to the comment section of this post and drop a line describing your cooking secrets.
